The purpose is to work out whether The Pelican Finance Health Check, ongoing CFO support, or neither is the right next step. It is a scoping conversation, not a sales call, and it does not commit you to anything.

Useful things to have in mind: what prompted you to get in touch, what the current reporting does and does not tell you, and what decision is coming up. You do not need to prepare anything.

    Sometimes the answer is a Health Check, sometimes ongoing CFO support, and sometimes neither. If PelicanCFO is not the right answer, you will be told that.
